Weight: 154lbs
After
Waist: 29 (-1.5)
Hips: 35 (-2)
Arms: 11 (-1)
Thighs: 22 (-1.5)
Bust: 36 (-3) Better get some new bras! >.<
Weight: 144.6 (-9.4lbs)

The Introduction
Hello Gals! Gyaru, or people just interested in what this is all about, hello and welcome to my 'Journey to Gyaru'. I've been interested in the style for a long while now, ive just been a little put off, partly because I'm not very good yet and hadn't felt like I had the time.. Partly because of the bitchiness.. Not that I care what people think of me but because I don't want to start thinking in that way.. But most of all, I'm pretty self conscious when it comes to the way I look.. And by that I mean my weight. I am hoping that using this blog is going to help me achieve my goals, not just weight related, but my goals when it comes to make and personal style improvement. This blog is more for me than it is for anyone else, and I think it will become very personal. I decided to make it public, because I could do with this kind of motivation. I'll do separate posts on my proportions and measurements etc so that the improvements can be seen, but in the mean time I'll just say that I am currently 5'6 and in my last (relatively accurate) weigh in, I was 145.5lbs. My goal weight is to be somewhere around 135. I feel that this would be a healthy weight for my size, though it will depend how I look, if I reach my goal *nervous* I am currently on the 1200 cal diet and it's working for me, my starting weight was 154lbs, so that is 11st. So I have done well so far, with a current weight loss of 8.5lbs and this is dieting alone. Well, change in lifestyle is what I will call it. But yes, exercise is going to be part of this too. This has been a brief introduction to what this is all about, updates and more information coming soon. Bye bye gals <3
