Mmmm cake...

So my sister baked some cup cakes and she let me ice them! This is what I came up with :) I used Swiss meringue buttercream icing and followed this recipe! http://www.beantownbaker.com/2011/02/my-favorite-swiss-meringue-buttercream.html
However I only half followed the method because I'd watched different videos on how to make this and I found those ways easier for me. Such a shame... I want to gobble them all up but I must eat in moderation.. Think of the weight loss! Anyway, I hope you like the look of these cupcakes, tomorrow I should be posting my first picture of myself showing how I'm doing with my make so far :) You gals need to know what I look like!
